Solihull Lifesaving Club meet every Thursday during the school term time from 7.30pm until 10pm at Tudor Grange Leisure Centre in Solihull.

We offer many different awards and training schemes to anyone that is interested in Lifesaving starting from the age of 9 upwards by following the RLSS Rookie Lifeguard and the RLSS Survive and Save Programme. However, these are not the only awards that we have to offer, as we run additional courses such as NPLQ (National Pool Lifeguard Qualification) and NRASTC (National Rescue Award for Swimming Teachers and Coaches) courses on top of the RLSS Schemes.

During the summer we try to offer open water awards that develop skills and experience on life saving outside of the swimming pool environment.

Lifesaving can be used towards completing your Duke of Edinburgh Awards and GCSE PE.
